What deserts do you like? I've heard gellitan is made from animal hooves (this, unfortunitly is not a lie). I think my favourite is strawberry pie (the local "Big Boy" restraunt has fantastic pie), or any flavour cheese cake. Either cheery or blue berry. Or a nice hot bread pudding ala mode!
