During the sinister period that is Halloween, Burr, Rei, Dulan, Hake, Danger, Zotya and Drew were venturing into
the reshaped landscapes of Dulan's homeworld, this cartoonish heaven turned into a sinister place, dark trees emerged from the
floor, the air seemed to be filled with magic, the sky full of stars lets appear a large full moon, almost as
bright as the sun, looking at our companions like an omniscient eye.

In the forest, they made an unexpected discover, a flat falley seemed to have appeared at the center of this army of
sharp trees, and with it, enthroned in it's epicenter, a lugubrious manor... all this wasn't here the last night.
It's shape was defying logic and physics, hollowed out outlines, very tall, both thin at some spots and thick at others.

Such a curiosity was indeed very attractive, even if scary a bit as well, those feelings pushed our colorful group to
explore it's surroundings, to find some answers to their questions... even if some of them were still worried a bit.



Burr decided to stay in front of it, still standing at a "safe" distance from the entrance.
"I-I'll watch your back guys ! J-just uh... just go without me..." the brown worried bear was
slightly shaking in front of such and unusual view, he gulped.


Hake, Drew and Rei, followed by Shiro, were looking for someone in the close proximity of these old looking walls,
hopefully finding someone who would know things they do not.

-"Man ! How's that thing supposed to stand up, that's actual nonsense !" the Zangooze yelled.

-"Magic is sensed buddy ! Just like good old science it have principles and rules, it fills your existence, just like this
world seems to be filled with magic hihih !" Shiro answered.

-"Meh... sounds valid." Rei's eye rolled.

Hake looked through the windows, but nothing appeared, the entire room behind this wall were submerged by darkness.

-"Hey, speaking of magic, I could use some light right there..." the Ferret asked before Shiro got closer, flying over his
shoulder and emitting a soft light beam coming out from his brush fur.

-"Do you see something Hake-kun ?" Drew asked, turning back, while he were standing on a rock to get a better view of
the surroundings.

-"Just... seats, tons of them, and a stage I think..." the Ferret announced...


As for Zotya, Dulan and Danger, this trio were investigating the scene, searching for clues, the two latters being the
ones who were most motivated by curiosity, the hyena using his detective skills and habits to make new discoveries and the
dinosaur searching for logic and rational explanations, while Zotya was mostly admiring the fantastic and unique view...

-"I confirm that this thing were not there before, nobody could have build it so rapidly... The only answer
I could present without any form of doubts is that this entire place were generated or summoned by the aberration people
call "MAGIC", trust me that is something omnipresent in this world..." Dulan said.

Zotya immediately turned back toward him,
-"Yeah I can "confirm" that too Danger, there is even magic in his FEET !" He giggly said.

-"That is not the right moment to get your face merged with the floor you imputent leech !" Dulan answered while strongly
pressing his muzzle against Zotya's one in protest, with a furious look in his eyes

-"There's no footsteps anywhere, I think Dulan is right, that sounds... interresting !" Danger announced with a nervous
smirk on his face.

-"Hah ! Truth is on my side once again !" Dulan happily replied to Zotya with a satisifed look.

-"Well... that never prevented your feet from having a chat !"

-"You ankle biter..." Dulan grumbled, walking away from Zotya to join Danger.



Their exploration keeped going, however, the group were about to be reunited very soon, as Burr's shiverings intensified when
he saw lights appearing through every single windows, slowly repelling the darkness of that mysterious place.
The lights he were looking at seemed not to be omnidirectionnal, they were instead projecting a stream of yellow brightness,
almost like... spotlights...

What a surprise for them when they started hearing... music... classic music, something like a ballet, very gentle and peaceful...
This type of music were not in the likings of some of them, but that didn't seemed to have any importance, because none of them could
help but listen to it, like if once again, their curiosity were guiding them toward the center of that mistery...

Suddenly, as much surprising as it seemed, they started tapping the ground with their right foot, synchronously, but none of them
actually wanted to do that !

-"Wh-wha uh?! do you feel that too ?!" Drew asked to Rei and Hake.

-"What the-" Hake begun saying.

-"Fuck ?!" Rei concluded.

While Burr's mouth were wide opened, the second trio were not different from the first one.

-"Nhhrrraaah ! Come on I do NOT deserve that right now you fools !" Dulan yelled.

-"You're not the only one buddy..." Zotya's tail, Mick, reported, while his host's jaw were squeezed from surprise, not a
good one apparently.

Danger didn't seemed to be less surprised than the two dinosaurs with him.
-"Did you do something you two ?!"

-"NO !!" They declared.



The fourtneed uncontrollable feet then begun to walk toward the large front door of the building, following the rythm of
this irresistible music.
They reunited the seven friends in line, letting them worried, perplex before the occuring events, they all were trying to find an
explanation, but mostly, a way to stop that inexplicable force taking control of their bodies.

Until all of them went silent in an instant, as they heard the large thick wooden twin doors slowly opening themselves in a loud creaking
noise, letting the light slowly invading the alley...
Their feet stopped moving, with the exception their toes which were wiggling frantically, like if they were impatient.
The members of the group looked at eachother, worried, waiting, shivering... until, after a few seconds...

-"There you are ! We didn't expected you to come so soon... but the sooner the better !"
The voice came from the inside, a low pitched tone, almost replacing the sound of the music for the time it's owner were talking.
-"Come in gentlemen ! Do not fear what seems to be dark and scary..."
After these words, their joyful feet began to walk toward the door, leading the group inside the source of this blinding light and
overwhelming music, they tried to hold themselves back, gripping their hands to whatever came in range such as statues,
branchs, rocks, while rumbling due to their strugglings, but their feet did not even slowed down and keeped following the march,
until they reached the inside...


Totally contrasting with the outside, the interior of the manor was very smooth, regular and symmetrical, with bright colors filling the
walls and roof.
It seemed to be a sort of theater, with a wooden stage at the back of the large room, two large golden chandeliers on the roof, following
the red long carpet leading to the stage, illuminated by a few spotlights, crowned by golden motives and green curtains.

-"Please my dears ! Show us your skills in a briliant show ! You are here to bring some warmth and light into the night of Halloween !"
The light not being able to block their vision anymore, they now could clearly see the owner of that strange voice...
It was a transparent dark humanoid shape, an irregular one however as it seemed to be composed of some sort of smoke, two
holes suggests the presence of it's eyes and a larger one which obviously seems to be a mouth, full of sharpened teeth.

-"*gasp!* a ghost !" Burr yelled.

-"G-ghosts everywhere !" Drew added, looking at the hundred of seats, all dedicated to similar entities, looking at then.
The dog were holding Rei's tummy tight from worriness, the Zangooze himself, seemed consterned.

-"...Th-thah... What the hell are you !? H-how !?! What the actual hell !?!" He could hardly find any word.

-"Don't you understand ? In this paradiseful world, there is no death, this night is Halloween's one, the celebration of the dead."
The black smoking shape surrounds the group with all it's lenght while their feet wiggles their toes inceasely.

-"We are the dead, this is OUR celebration, and to honor this tradition, every year we summon the livings in this place, to make the
night even more brightful and unique !"
The music then intensified, and the fourteen feet continued their march again, this time, right toward the stage, followed by their
owner's interlocutor who were supposingly the host of the manor.
-"Being a ghost does not prevents us to be happy, we might be at peace, we still can feel happiness !"

Dulan looked at Zotty with an urgent look in his eyes
-"Quick Zotty ! Initiate evasive manuver number two !"
The grey dinosaur uses his tail to grip the ground, Mick planting his teeth into the ground while the green one catches his partner's
sides, stretching his body with Zotya's one, the latter stratching the floor with his claws in attempt to hold himself in place.

-"Struggling won't serve your wishes gentlemen...
The two dinosaur's feet did not suffered from this opposed force, they were still aligned with the others, walking toward their duty,
Dulan and Zotya's efforts didn't last long, Mick was not strong enough to remain gripped to the floor, which violently pulled them back
like an elastic taking back it's normal shape.

-"Don't worry guys, Shiro ! Do something !"

-"..."

-"Shiro ? Hey !!"

-"Sorry Hake, I can't do anything, my powers are still there but I can't use them currently... and I think I also just would like to
see what's going on !"

"-SHIRO !!"

Danger on his side were not opposing a lot of resistance, he seemed to be either very curious or appreciating this unusual adventure,
he salutes every ghost he crosses.
-"Sir, sir, sir, madam, sir..."

The last attempt were Drew and Burr's one, with a pleading look in their eyes, they asked :

-"U-uh.. mister ghost ? I honestly feel uncomfortable being forced to stand in front of so much people... could you please.. let us go ?"
Drew decided to use the only option that lefts... in vain

-"The tradition have to be respected my dear ! No worries, nobody here will judge you... we all are there for you, you who will honor
this ancestral tradition, besides, you are not alone in this duty!"

Burr's reflective wet eyes were looking the ghost in the eyes.

-"PLEAAASE ! I don't wanna go there ! I don't wanna I don't wanna !!

-"I'm afraid your feet do not share this feeling my dear !"



As the seven individuals arrived on the stage, their feet turned back toward the crowd.
There was two ghosts on top of them, holding smiling pumpkins, a strange and light purple mist was floating on the stage.
Everyone were silencious, nobody knew what to say or if it still had any use...
but some seconds later, they all let a similar "Uh ?!" leaving their mouth.

They looked down, at their feet... they were growing ! bigger and bigger, slowly covering a larger surface of the floor, invading
their owners personnal space !

Before any of them had the time to say anything, their previous interlocutor speaked again :

-"Ladies and gentlemen ! Livings and living deads ! Tonight is the night we all cherish ! The night where we show the purpose of
Halloween ! The purpose of unifying, celebrating, and remembering ! The night is dark, but our hearts are bright, and with this
tradition that is ours, we will keep remembering that the love inside us comes from the world that surrounds us !

At this moment, the seven companions started standing on their huge toes, their feet getting prepared for what was coming, in
addition, Dulan's pandora box were lifted into the air by an invisible force, putting the dinosaur in deep annoyance as he saw
the trap of the box being opened, letting several gloves fly out of it,
Dulan perfectly knew what was coming...

-"Let the night of Halloween begin !!"
