Story:

Brendan would notice now that the world was getting smaller and smaller around him, making him realize...he was getting bigger obviously! The hissing was starting to blow his size up like a real balloon as his left arm quickly suite, puffing and bloating up with seams weaving there way into his now rubberized blue skin. His right hand just suddenly popping into a nice, dainty flat hoof which squeaked and creaked every time he moved it and it just felt so painless, so satisfying to hear those lovely sounds of a Balloon as he happily chuckled which was croaking and cracking in tonne from his swelling neck.

Suddenly with a big CREAK! He could no longer stand and was forced onto his fours, however this did not mind at all as his spine painlessly vanished into magical living air, much like his other organs and bones which left to join the collective inside his hollowing out body which was bloating outward. Speaking of which his hind legs creaked and squeaked into hocks that was perfect for walking on all fours! Perfect for a Changeling or a Pony!

His torso was rapidly expanding and inflating out like a proper balloon as it lost all humanity and organic skin which was absorbed to make room for a Thorax to develop, with three linings wrapping around in a horizontal fashion a Ladybug-like reddish Shell had grew on the changing Human's back. Which in curiosity, he tried to open them up and they did revealing puffy beautiful insect wings which buzzed at his command! Making his growing and flattening eyes widen with pure bliss and joy! Just like his hind legs his Arms had now cracked into two joints for more quadruped motion as now the changes were finalizing as he let out a cheer! While that did his voice had cracked, raising up in pitch to a more youthful and feminine tonne, abet raspy he admitted but he sounded just like her! And it was just adorable! Thus his clothes were all just little rags, never to be worn again but that didn't matter at all.

Finally to compliment that his head had swollen up to the proper size with creaks and squeaks festering all around. His eyes had now flattened into the rubber as they expanded, his eyes being filled with a dark blue compound sclera as his pupils vanished away, which made way for faint pupils of light blue to take over to fit the buggy feel with refractive white dots to also make the illusion of where he was looking at. His ears had also grown outward and pointed out to elvish proportions as he could hear much better now, along with seeing as he could see the world in a more colorful palette!

He then blushed, scrunching up his now rubbery and extended mouth which had a rubbery inside to boot too, having new taste buds to eat and feel Love now like a true Changeling. As he felt something slip away...it was his manhood which of course had no place anymore for now Ocellus! Including the eyelashes now painting themselves above her big adorable eyes. Still keeping now HER old memories new memories had flooded in to co-exist peacefully in her airy mind and in unison her curved but blunt horn suddenly snapped up to full size along with her general body growing to a halt as her Transformation was fully complete!

"Wow that was...quite the expedition!" Ocellus the Living Giant Parade Balloon Changeling giggled in which her voice boomed softly with a hoof to her snout which squished upon contact and made a funny squeaking sound that made her cheeks blush. But taking it out of her sight she saw...the Cake was now Inflatable and was now as big as her which made her drop her now cartoonish inflatable jaw. "Oh my Thorax...This...is the best gift ever! I can taste the Love coming from this gift!"


She happily cheered, and by instinct she took a little bite from the rubbery cake which magically it she was able to take a bite and chew it, feeling the tasty love and air of it run down into her hollow body like a storage. And even more by magic the Cake regenerated the bite spot quickly which made the Parade Balloon stare with gleaming eyes, licking her lips which also squeaked. "Huh?" She turned her head around to her thigh and noticed wording on it. Narrowing her painted on eyes she read. "Oce-lloon #21. Equestri-Toys InflataInc. Heh I got my own branding-cutie mark. How kind of them." She gave a big grin as looking around the now smaller city with a big smile she sat back down on my side as she snuggled the cake more. "Aaaah...it even counts as a Pillow...best...gift...ever..." She yawned before then noticing the camera. Fluttering her elven ears excitedly and smiling she gives a final. "Happy Birthday!" And in that Ocelloon Starts her new life! Ready to join the Equestrian Parade to share the Love and Joy to other creatures both Flesh and Rubber! And that Brendan enjoyed the Best Gift Ever! Don't worry! She is still Brendan on the inside too!
