Good thing they are thrown into space, otherwise, the Dalek's anger is gonna "boil" up the Death Egg. X3

so true, at the end of Metroid 2 she couldn't bring herself to kill the baby metroid, and in return it helped her finish off Mother Brain in Super Metroid and further along helped cure Samus of the X-Parasites that infected her body in Fusion (though her infected suit parts became the SA-X)
