This is a formerly Mini macro construct, called stomper, which killed its creator then went on a rampage, as that is what magical constructs do.

A brave hero or heroine defeated. But then it rebuilt itself. So it was defeated again. Then it game back again.

This happened ALOT and each time it came back smaller and weaker and angrier. Eventually it became so small it was but in jar and displayed other along with other weird magical stuff like a cutlery set that give you powerful electric shocks if ever used on the wrong thing or a compass that points to a random perfectly ordinary rat.
