It's a surprise to many that Sheila actually supports Halloween. While she isn't completely on board with humans dressing up as other monsters, she feels this event is a good opportunity to have monsters and humans come together!
So, she sets up an event in her neighborhood , where human-kind and monster-kind can mingle, interact and go from door to door to meet people and get some treats! No children however, monster and human kid interaction can lead to some...unfortunate situations. But that just means more candy and booze!
Sheila had a plan for her lawn. She was going to dress up like a classical witch, and sit on a rocking chair with her bowl of candy and spook anyone who attempts to take the candy from the bowl. A classic set up really...at least, it should have been.
As she was preparing, her porch light suddenly went out. It was dark, but that wasn't a problem for a certain monster that had been stalking her for several hours. The monster was able to overpower her quite easily, stuffing her mouth so she couldn't scream and tying her to her rocking chair.
"Da boss has been tellin' me that ye ain't learned yer lesson, teach!" the monster spoke with his gravelly voice. "Once again da Piglet catches ya trying to get da humans and mansters to mingle! And we simply can't have it!"
Sheila pulled on her wrists to no avail. She then tried to kick, only to find her ankles were secured to something soft, but tight. Then, the porch light came back on. She had her ankles trapped in stocks, and the monster was holding a thin piece of rope and slipping off her witch shoes.
"Ooh, dat came back sooner than I thought! Ah well, no matter, we're already set up here anywho!"
The monster slipped off each shoe one by one. Sheila, who had been working a lot today with work and setting up her front lawn, could feel the cold air brush against her hot soles, which was more than enough of an indication that they were very sensitive at this moment. She made an attempt to plea with the monster through her thick gag, knowing exactly what was coming, especially if it was from the Piglet. But after peeling off the last shoe, Roy simply continued to tie Sheila's big toes together and pull them back, the rope sliding between her toes already tickling her and giving the monster trouble.
"Just think, afta dis, Roy's gonna get his promotion! I can't wait!"
Sheila had no idea what the sign binding her toes back had written on it, but she could only assume the worst. Roy had put the bowl Sheila had prepared in front of her stocks and waited for people to start arriving.
Unsurprisingly, a lot of people took notice of the weird stocked witch, both humans and monsters. Many would come over and ask questions.
Roy would tell the monsters that humans would punish witches by tickling them for days on end, and that Sheila is totally up for playing that part for Halloween, and that she was a good actor!
Roy would tell the humans that this was a town tradition, that many years ago a sacrifice was required to keep evil spirits at bay, and the spirits would tickle them for hours until satisfied, then let the sacrifice go. The spirits were never real, but the tradition lives on, and Sheila likes to keep it alive!
Many questioned the whole scene, but didn't do much beyond that. Some however, couldn't help but join in with Roy's stories, and give Sheila a good tickling. A handful only gave her soles a quick stroke, while others seemed to relish in the moment and lose track of time.
As the night began to draw to a close however, Sheila felt she had been let off somewhat easy. The people of the town were thankfully merciful for the most part. That was, until a small crowd gathered, and there were some people she recognized.
They were either old students from over a decade ago, or current adult students studying at her school, and Sheila had significantly punished each and every one of them at some point.
"Ah, I see you've all arrived!" Roy yelled down the lawn to beckon them over.
