It's a WIP but I like it enough to not scrap it... yet.
Working on my pixel art a bit more, again for a Furcadia portrait.
Ridiculous detail for something so small - see all those stray pixels? All done by hand in MS Paint. Commitment, right there. As in, I should be committed.
Having a little trouble with the background. FSH editor keeps trying to remap it, no matter what colour I make it. It keeps making the background flat grey. I don't want flat grey. Hence WIP.
Still pretty cute.

I'm editing in MS Paint, then copying and pasting the whole thing into the FSH editor.
I think I have it now... but... I didn't change anything. No idea why it's okay now. I just changed the character file's colours and re-loaded the recoloured image preview. Weird.
Still going to mess about with it a bit. Might add some pattern or detail to the jumper in the bracer colours.

Haha, I haven't bought any digos except for maybe a few portspaces, I'm just super lucky and sometimes people don't have actual money to commission with. :D ( <3 my life phoe and gryffe, though I really want the peacock next! And owl so i have have all the bird avas :O )

I got my life owlen for $20 and my life phoe for $40 on AltMarket. I also snagged the alt 'Chickens' in the freebie alts forum xD I think I have... two port spaces. One was a gift :> So that's I think $65 for this silly game... (bought the port space from a user too I think)

LOL yeah I was eyeballing the chinchillas when I noticed someone selling the phoe for $40 so... I got that xD
I haven't ever seen a life penguin for sale :< Stupidly rare. Reindeer are a little steep too, considering I think they look pretty hard to customise to look any good.
I'll keep an eye on kiwi prices :>

Yeah - when I played a few years ago, people on Furc were fine with normal cell shading... But it seems now they want the shading to be blurred a little, smoother... o.o There's also a lot more call for fine details for fur. Seems a little harder to make ports now, but I'm learning some interesting ways to do pixely textures in my attempts to keep up!
