Once again, masterful job on the pose. I especially like the inverted hand. I have problems drawing normal hands, let alone specialized poses like that.
I really can't comment on everything else, it all looks nice to me. Very much so.

On a side note, I love how clean this looks, for being a sketch and all. I'm sure you've noticed that my own sketches are always blurry and blotchy, with jagged lines and eraser marks all over.

Thanks, hands and feet are two of the hardest parts to do, and especially hands are the most expressive aside from the face. This time even I think I did good on the hands LOL, won't hear that from me often.

As for how clean it looks, some of that is the scanning, but I also keep my pencil lines VERY light till I'm ready to lay down the definitive lines, then I get the dark lines that scan well. And the light pencil lines erase very easily. I used one of those kneed-able erasers and sometimes a hard white plastic one.
