ahhh really?? well what i have so far is that he used to be two rival scientists who hated each other until they both ~mysteriously disappeared~ and now they're reanimated and sewn together as vic! he only has one consciousness/mind and is only one person now, but he has half a brain from each scientist and since they were very different people, he gets conflicted/confused easily
