Well they really don't make much of a sound for their size,they are also rather durable, I had it up for over two hours before I left the air out and packed it away.it was a lot of fun to share with fellow suiters that stopped in to check it out !

It was a ton of fun to have at the con the fursuit game room was perfect for it's size everyone that stopped in enjoyed balancing it on their heads! I had it on my head for well over two hours before I left the air out and put it away!

Yep, I remember seeing two videos of you on Youtube with that one at FWA2010! It was cute, and aww inducing. It also made me want to hug you guys, but I usually feel like that when there's Duncans involved!

It was inflated close to 10' diameter it could have been made much larger but any more and it would have hit the ceiling!

hehe, Should have filled it with helium and then at the end, popped it. Could have had a whole conference room talkin' funny!

That would have been an expensive thing to do as it would have taken 150.00 dollars of helium to fill it and the balloon cost 30.00,not something I would be interested in doing.It was a lot more fun to share with other suiters and friends that stopped by to check it out !

*giggles nervously* I would be so scared... I have a phobia of balloons. XD

There really isn't anything to be afraid of I am always careful with my balloons losses are very rare as I know how to handle them and what to avoid the balloons I carry with me are high end stock and as such I make them last! I always respect others when I am out and about when attending conventions I'm not one to scare people and do my best to avoid that ,I'm just there to make things a little more fun and brighten every ones day at least a little!

My phobia tends to be lessened while in suit. It's like I have armor on or something. X3
I'm just scared of bursting and the loud noise. I'm very sensitive to sight, sound, and sensation.
I've had so many balloons burst on me in the past, it's no wonder I'm frightened.

Mylar balloons, however, I love 'cause I know they're not gonna pop! :D

Hopefully I will get the chance to meet you at a con sometime and give you a Duncan smiley balloon. I always keep them under inflated making them much more durable and less apt to pop. I usually use 17and 24" balloons made by tuftex they are a lot stronger than other brands .the main thing is to avoid rough ceilings ,sprinkler heads, door jams light fixtures or any other sharp objects and just have fun with them!

♥ That would be sweet. My costume is Star Childebrite. He's a white wolf with blonde hair, one pink eye, one blue eye. He wears bright dayglow colours and legwarmers / bracers. ^___^ Star will be coupled with a skunk named Xiaosheng this year, so he should not be too hard to miss.

AnthroCon is about it for now ^_^' I had a brainfart and forgot to mention that. :P

I won't be there this year due to the helium balloon ban. I'm only planning to go to Furfright and Megaplex, MFF is a maybe so at this point that's my plans for the rest of this year.

Yea the con refuses to pay the convention center charge to remove lost balloons from the ceiling despite the fact none have ever been lost and no money has ever been paid for the removal of said balloons ,so they banned them ,my tail balloon is part of my costume no tail balloon no Duncan.

Ever think of getting a lightweight stiff tether to put a normal balloon on? :( It's sad you won't come 'cause of one little thing...

Helium works the best for my tail I always secure my tail balloon quite well and have never lost one the tail balloon with helium ,hi float, balloon and curly ribbon poof costs twelve dollars so you can understand why I secure it quite well and am careful as I move about with it so it doesn't get popped.I consider it an insult for them to be treating the way they are over this I also carry with me recovery equipment just in case someone would tear it loose on purpose so I can recover it ,so there really is no reason for them to treat me the way they are over this issue.

The only fear I have is when they pop. But except that I love balloons!

Kudos to you guys for managing to balance that balloon on your heads, especially inside a fursuit as well. Out of curiosity is it harder to balance a balloon like that without the immediate sense of touch or do you sort of "feel" the balloon as it moves or squishes around?
I'd kill to have a balloon like that too. If you don't mind me asking, do you know where he got that balloon from? It's easily the most impressive balloon I've ever seen.

*Bangs Head on wall in sadness" I would give anything to go, that looks so fun. But I live like across the country and Airfares are a bit "Inclined" these days.

FWA is one of the best cons if I would miss it, it sure would hurt some that is for sure,yea travel costs have been hurting everyone causing most of us to cut back on cons to the must go ones,hopefully things will turn around.

One day ill get to go to a con and we can play with the soopah balloons
