Some photos of the completed wings. Basic info: the frame is mainly wire, with foam for muscle and polyethylene plastic sheeting for the skin. Each wing slots into a harness which goes under a shirt, which has holes in the back so they can be attached.

The wingspan is 3.75 feet, and each wing weighs just over a pound. Far more comfortable than the last heavy pair, and looks more realistic too.
