This revision featured a breathing tank that his hoses were connected to. Instead of air tanks I was trying to emulate some sort of a liquid breathing apparatus. A glowing green fluid would flow through his breathing hoses. This iteration was mostly scrapped when I was converting the model to a VRC avatar. The tank was removed completely, his skunk tail was added and breathing hose connected to that instead.
