How do you draw and design such spiffing outfits? I’d appreciate a tutorial if you’ve got time to draw one

Thank you. Honestly, its very subjective. It depends on what inspires you, whether its games, anime, shows, movies, etc. I love tetsuya nomura's clothing designs so Final Fantasy/Kingdom Hearts clothes are my go to. I also like the outfits in SAO (despite not liking that franchise) along with some other animes and games. For me, I love the coats with hoods on them which are inspired by the Organization 13 coats but added details that goes beyond it and reflects me in a way. The gloves, shoes, shirts and pants are sort of added onto the outfit based on the coat. The idea is clothes that are comfortable, loose, and has no restrictions to movement. I sometimes based clothes on whether my characters are like world travelers as the outfits help blend in with the surrounding environments and civilians of that world.
