Do not take Artaxus' paralysis for weakness. Do not pity him. This vicious and powerful warrior used to be one of the Shadowed King's finest warriors, training most of his army. Artax, however, started to notice strange things that he looked into, and realized that the King wasn't so benevolent as many said and that many Warbred that didn't make the cut were killed off. He trained his soldiers harder and harder, doing his best to make them as powerful as possible, until he finally had enough and spoke out against the king. Due to the disobedience, he was paralyzed by the cruel king, who knew all of the weaknesses of the creatures he created, and left for dead. To cover the deed, he said Artaxus was assigned to a distant outpost.

The Rebellion found him, almost dead, took him in, and fed him. A Lepidian named Kaelo built him a mobility device. Now, he trains Rebellion soldiers as fiercely as he trained the King's soldiers.

He may be paralyzed... He may need wheels to move around. He may be stuck in beast form unable to shift due to severe spinal damage.. but he can still absolutely kick your ass. Not just kick your ass... hand it to you on a damn silver platter with fancy garnish!
