This is a Western Electric model 233G made in 1959, and 1960. Have been working on this payphone for the past few months, and it's now complete.
Had to replace the dial, handset, upper lock, and lower vault door & lock. Below are the keys for it, and some vintage coins I use to ring the bell & gong.
Inside this phone is a last service date sticker dated 4-74. Remember as a young kid always checking the coin return pull for change left behind. ^v^
Now using it with a bluetooth converter box with my cell phone.

Have seen it cheaper on Ebay.

It's a pushbutton one. I think the most recent sticker inside it said it was from the 80's. Guy I bought it from said his sister (or maybe it was sister in law? I can't remember exactly) worked for Northwestern Bell, then USWEST and finally Qwest. When Qwest got out of the payphone biz they took some of their old phones, did a little refurbish on them, removed the lock and then sold them to employees. So the thing looks amazing and is wired up so it'll work on a regular landline. So I have it setup in the basement inside one of those wall mounted style phone booths from the 70's (bought that from a local bowling alley that shut down)
