I post my list of themes in September and give em out on a first come first serve basis. They went super fast this year, much faster than I was expecting! The last slot sold in less than three hours, whereas the year before that it took about three days.
Keep an eye out for the list next September, I'll post a journal about it a few weeks in advance before the list itself goes up. I'll be limiting slots to one per person as well, so more people will be able to participate.
