There is a legend is of a great sumo wrestler who took in a Riolu as a pet. During one of the sumo wrestles training drills, the Riolu started to mimic the wrestler the movements, almost fully copying his technique. The sumo wrestler was intrigue by Riolu's actions and decide to go a step further with their relationship by training the Riolu in the art of sumo. Over time, Riolu grew stronger and eventfully evolved into a Lucario. After the evolution the sumo wrestler then decide to test Lucario fighting technique even further by challenging pokemon trainers to battle his own pokemon. They travel all over the world to battle the most toughest opponents and order to become stronger. As they moved the art of sumo when with them and sure enough they would be know as one of the Great Sumos Of Legend.
