It´s about time that Adam get his own rival.  Foxstar Flare was a perfect fit.

He his a jerk with a "I´m a legendary, which means i way better then others."-complex.

The problem here is that Flare want to get in the Team Creep. Not as Team mate, but as leader. He thinks he can lead this Team mutch better then Adam EVER can.

His parents laid a egg basically in a forest (Ho-ohs are not good parents)
and from it hatched a semi feathered troublemaker. The local flock of wild Pokemorph birds cared for Flare, but all that power in a package that small led to trouble and wanderlust and from there a life eating, stealing and fighting which leads into run ins with the law, which leads to a record and over the years, various towns/cities have told him "Get out, don't come back."

After his last adventure, which put a load of 'mon in the local Pokemon Centers (Stress, angst and lack of parenting led to a unleashing of a Sacred Fire blast) he was caught, locked down with a control collar and taken to court, during which a judge decided that other then locking him on the lower levels of a prison for a number of lifetimes, PSR camp would be a good place. After all, the world doesn't have many legendary willing to do good anymore.


And i think after that he get into the PSA. And there Flare will have to learn that a Umbreon CAN beat the crap out of a legendary. >:3
