Bozette Slapstick has decided to put on a new act, and bought a weather balloon to help promote it. She wants to make sure that there's not too much helium in the balloon so that it doesn't snap its string and float away. To do this, she's asked her friend Winzie Woodpecker to help inflate it before she starts putting in the helium. Winzie's puffed it up quite a bit already, and it looks like they may have to move outside to finish the job...
