LOl awesome goggles. xD Also, awesome rat. I so want one :U. Ive lived all my life with an animal companion or two, and i feel so lonely without being able to care for one here. Also university campuses wont allow animals when I go there :C. *sadface*

Yeah. Its typical because of the kind of image rats have in general human society. They are very adaptable, interesting animals, although a pest for people because of how most of them have adapted to live amongst us. It is true that wild rats can spread disease because they have been through trash and sewage, but where did the trash and sewage come from? Humans. Otherwise, they are relatively clean animals compared to people. :P
