Unfortunately, eating the dog would probably cause emotional trauma, which could be considered a form of doing harm to the humans.

Me personally, I'd probably be telling her that if it's no big deal then she should wear it herself.

Funny thing is that human kids, I have found, will treat damn near anything as a game, ergo if he did just grumble "Fine, then you put the freakin' leash on" at her, she just might.

Do you mean the badly drawn human or the dog? Some little dogs are grotesque. This one was modeled after my sister's dog, which I called "The mop" or "Scary, scary rat dog" due to his efforts to sound scary with his little barks.

I mean, I've gotten used to how you draw humans so, the dog. Mostly just... that limb anatomy does not look right. Though I will consent that some little dogs are absolutely grotesque.

Hm, its left side hind leg is definitely off. Maybe I'll tinker with the little monster tomorrow. This is the only frame he appears in if you don't count part of one hindpaw in the next one. 83
