This creature is called a Vay'r. They will be one of the races in Nelodia and close Allies to the orken.
They should remind someone of a three horned Kirin with the horns simaler to a ram. They're body isn't covered in fur but tiny smooth scales that grow into feathers on certain parts of their body. Though they look very deery, they're more like a lizard, with slited puples, fangs, and a serpentine tongue.
But the Question is, should I make their faces more feral, OR make their faces more human.
I like them both so I can't decide, so choose away!
