Finished this Draik after many challenging weeks of work! I’m so proud of this costume! This Neopets cosplay fursuit features belly and leg padding, removable lightweight wings, and a big tail supported from the inside with belt loops. I created a Rainbow Paint Brush as a prop to go with. Neopets was an important part of my teen years (my third fursuit was a Gelert that got posted to the Neopets Art Gallery back in the day), so it was a fun nostalgia trip to get to bring this cuddly creature to life!

Despite the design’s simplicity, this build was very involved and required a lot of creative problem solving skills and all new patterns.
