A complete overhaul from 2019 of a Night Fury OC I created a few years prior to its original posting on DeviantArt.
In essence, the character is essentially a dark ghost/phantom Night Fury Dragon with wings and tail made of a spectral mist. Flesh that drips like hot tar or wax off of his body leaving behind a trail of corruption wherever he walks.
