Being born into the Williams family line had its perks and as the second son, he always assumed he wouldn't have to take duties seriously as that would be for the oldest. Oh sure, he learned the lessons, the etiquette, the education, the history but he was far more interested in the social lessons and who is who, but none of the respect. Socializing was what he lived for and was quite content to live his own lifestyle. That was until his brother ran away and suddenly the life he was enjoying was crushed under his father's watchful eye. Angry and resentful of his life suddenly being dictated by someone else, he decided he would do the same as his brother and leave the country. However, of the three siblings, Cyrus is the most like his ancestors, cruel and cunning. Instead of living a modest life, he fell into the crime ring. It was far more fun and adventurous than his life before. He quickly rose in the ranks before assuming a leadership role. Though how the old leader met their fate is unknown.

Still, under Cyrus's direction and with his knowledge of higher society, he was able to take a petty group of drug sellers and turn it into his own personal empire. He didn't care about the gang itself, but he enjoyed the power of having his own kingdom so to speak. He used the money the group earned to keep a prestigious lifestyle, gorgeous girls always being in one arm and a glass of fine wine in the other hand. Often enjoying silly little contests between the rich and often using information he learned from them to his own ends.

Cyrus is a guy who knows what he wants and loves anything that is unique. The more unique the item is the more he wants it. He is thrown for a loop when he happens to find a one-of-a-kind blue tiger walking about. Despite being straight, it was Azures' uniqueness that Cyrus fell in love with and to an extent the person as well. When Azure left Cyrus because of an abusive relationship. Cyrus redoubled his efforts to win back the tiger. This results, much to his minions' misfortune, in him taking out his frustrations in other areas.

To make matters worse for him, he found that his two long-lost friends were sent by his father to keep an eye on him. He got along with both of the twins when they were younger and to his surprise, he still was rather fond and trusting of them despite knowing why they are here. He could enjoy the high class with Jarod and Jett despite never caring for such a thing was loyal and usually played a role in leveling himself out. He hopes that with the black Knight in his life again he has a better chance at reclaiming Azure.
