This was actually inspired by http://www.furaffinity.net/view/3601627 . I know his is Hypno, not Lapras, but seeing this made me wanna try drawing a "creepy" version of a pokemon. I dunno why I picked Lapras, but it was really fun to work on this. :) I know, I actually posted up a finished piece of work! Yay for summer break! :D
