The image itself was taken of one of my female Miqo'te characters, P’aiyana, from the massive multiplayer online game Final Fantasy XIV. The screenshot is from the game itself and then edited on neuralstyle.art.
For those of you who may or may not be interested (for whatever reason), the glamour that she's using is the default Miqo'te starting outfit, topped off with the ilvl. 1 Red Beret item.
