A current work in progress for a D&D campaign I'm running right now. The PC has recently found an ancient journal written by a wizard. This journal was found in an underground town filled by undead. The town was formed around an ancient temple to the god of death. The wizard thought he could study the temple and thus gain knowledge about death itself.

Through his research, he found the means to summon and bind Death, or so he thought. By combining the 9 proper pages of his journal, a Summoning circle appears. If the instructions are followed properly, and the caster powerful enough, a God could possibly be contained.
