Woo here we've got an animated icon and this time it's Clyde again!!

I was commissioned to do another one of him since eclipse has become available to everyone- we can all do the high res and bigger icon size trick now B) Last time I had to keep the animation relatively simple as far as lightning goes, this time I had fREEDOM OF CHOICE!!! Because that's the only nice thing about eclipse; the big icons.
