OKAY ANYWAY...I saw a lot of art on da recently of people emulating Nicolas Marlet's art style (the main concept artist for HTTYD) and I was like??? ME TOO ME TOO FAVE MOVIE

so here we have Spirit looking absolutely teethy and terrifying and coal looks like he needs a nap C:

SUPER FUN!! It's not quite finished yet, I gotta go clean things up + add scale details on spirit in the way that Nicolas does but...I was too excited not to post it!

Would people be interested in comms like these, also?? Me emulating Nicolas Marlet's stuff and "HTTYD-ifying" their characters one way or another? I feel like it'd be a great way to try out stylizing things haha
