Back in 1975 (yeah, I'm old) I tapped the back bumper of a 1965 Peugeot 204 with my 1965 Plymouth Sport Fury. I sustained $90 worth of junkyard sheet metal damage (including the hood and grille). The Peugeot was essentially a ring of rust around the two passengers. The floor pan, including the seats, was literally sitting on the pavement. Shoreline car from Southeastern Connecticut; that's what ten-years of a high-sodium diet does to a French car.
