Wanted to do up a good ref of my character, I guess. Last year I realized I didn't have any good refs when I went to commission someone and had to like fork over my badge (how shitty of me). So anyway, here she is. Even though furry is FANTASY OMG I kind of enjoy when people's characters are like them body type wise, so she is a chunk because I am a chunk. (And really, if you hadn't figured this out given how I draw women.... haha).
I need to print that effing hospital cross shirt.

I know I'm about a month out of date for this (I got behind and am only just now clearing out my queue) but I had to respond here with an emphatic agreement. This is actually how I've done several of my characters... and why they're sort of rectangularish instead of being as curvaceous as I might secretly wish. Ah well. Then again, they still tend to be at least a bit more fit than I am.
Anyhow, there's a lot of fun to be had with body types like that.

I had one HELL of a time trying to explain to people I wanted my wife character to be curvy.. It was never the right shape until Luthien drew it and i had to bring a "curvy" ref sheet!

Rock on! This is so clean and awesome! You've got dem big hips and shoulders all at once, which is neato! I still want to do a better shot at a human you turning to a tigress you like those sketches from late last year I scanned, this is a great little boost in that direction, cheers.
C'mon - it's a radiation sheilded pressure-balanced servo-assisted intravenous nanite delivery system with fingerprint ID security coding and auto-delivery on tamper detection, right? Draw it whatever way you like! Syringe, pah! - what would the lab AI say?
