When I saw her so injured I thought that perhaps she was a weasel that rejected her own kind... so she was frequently attacked by both her kind and the Territories mice, and that explained all those scars (because at least the bite scar could not have been made by a mouse). But what you write about her "likes to hunt too much"... I guess then that she is an antagonist/threat character. Maybe a crazy weasel that goes around killing what she finds even cannibalistic?
