This character is Yosoti from Petal Crash. Yosoti is a centaur dancer and performer who loves festivals and parties. The Yosoti family has passed down the Yosoti name through generations, and this Yosoti is the latest to carry the name.
Seems like someone got a little too ambitious with the party balloon decor. But more balloons just means more fun for those celebrating, right?
Maybe if this game does well and we get a Puyo Puyo VS Petal Crash crossover game, we could actually see a scene like this in-game? :3 Too many puyos to pop!
