Entschuldigung aber ich weiss mein Deutsch ist nicht sehr gut. Das Gedicht gefallt mihr ziemlich und es erinnen mihr auf meinen jungeren Jahren.

Your German is ok, and the title is the only part meant to be in German. I have two German poems, the English versions of which are posted here on FA: Dein Gesicht is mein Sonnenlicht and Du Riechst so Gut.
