I figure it would be smart to not toss a specific name on any given character creation, less they decide to snap it up and say it is theirs. Doubly so with the extra blurbs about how you have to hand over everything you have on the character if they decide you have to. I figure that TOS is going to bite them in the ass, as similar terms on other sites only promoted creator outrage.
At least nobody can serve me a "cease and desist" being my game-derived character works are clearly labeled as parodic. And in my case, they have prior copyright from Daybreak and (derp) DDO publisher to contend with.
Names by themselves I figured aren't too copyright-able, like other words in English can't be. Trade Marked yes, but in association with something not me. Still, you are playing it safest. There's no huge inflated size dragons possible with them so far anyway.

It would be nice fan service to have some better refining of the model. Hard to closely resemble my OC, but that's all right as these are public models, after all. I do have their paid subscription so I should be able to put any possible changes into my copy of the character.
