:) You know, Ruslan, I'm curious as to how you came up with the title. BTW, I forgot one little piece of information; the fur on my right arm has a swirling pattern between the bicep and tricep. But because of your positioning of the arm, I don't think it makes much difference. ;)

In any case, there is a reason I chose "Lost" as my avatar before using your wonderful pic of my fursona. I found it very symbolic, in that being lost is something I am in more ways than just one. The blizzard in your depiction sybolizes uncertainty in the future to me (which is a great fear of mine, by the way). I guess I'm just looking for something- so I guess my "endeavor" is to find that thing in the blizzard that's eternally wrapping itself around me. Heh... I know you probably weren't thinking that deep or symbolically when you were drawing this, but in any case, I thought it perfectly describes who I am in an emotional, symbolic piece of art.

Well the title is along bit, but I will give you the short version. The HMS Endeavor was the ship that carried Captain Cook on exploration throughout the Pacific, this ship always was a fascination for me, its hardships and adventures a beacon of ingenuity and mettle. More closely held to my heart is a ship named the Endurance, you may want to read up upon it, testament if any there ever was, to the spirit of survival at the end of the earth.

Life is uncertain it is in the cold dark places we find ourselves, to be lost is always the moment of true personal discovery. When doing art it is always a journey to express your own emotional and physical interpretation of the physical and metaphysical, so from time to time I do indeed think about these things...this being one of those cases. Shoot me a pm if you want to go on about philosophy and such, its a great thing to ponder.
