I've been looking at this the other day and forgot to comment, whoops! It's a pretty neat design though!! You found two species that both eat fish, plus Seagulls can be rather hilarious, hehe! I liked the webbed talons as well, it's a nice detail, and then you did some good work on the tail as well!
