Hive Mind

In my guide to Pennyverse magic (https://www.deviantart.com/wandertones/art/Pennyverse-Magic-791578560), I detailed a form I learned from Mawnoos's Julia: Duplicate Magic. Or, as she calls it, a "Hive Mind".
After I managed to change my base form, I felt I was at the point where I could start learning this type of magic. After all, getting used to having extra limbs most of the time...
Or feeling more comfortable with three legs than two...
Or feeling most like myself when I'm a formless blob...
Or frequently disconnecting my mind from my body...
Or spending three months physically and mentally removed from reality...
...hasn't had any negative impacts on my mental health. In fact, it's made me feel more comfortable with who I am. So I've taken the plunge, and added one more to this growing list.
I've finally learned how to split my own mind in two.
Or at least partially. It's a slow process, getting accustomed to existing in two places at once. It's terrible for concentration, both of me end up just copying each other, and receiving two sets of sensory inputs causes a headache after a short while. But I'll get there, to the point where I can exist like Julia does: in two separate places, doing two separate things simultaneously.
