Here's a WIP of Harry Tack, a.k.a. the supervillain Race Horse (II). He's the ex-best-friend/main rival of my superhero Champion Cheetah. His grandfather, Red Chenery, was the original, heroic Race Horse and the mentor of Champion Cheetah.
