Well, i tuned my lap harp to a natural minor key and realized that i could play my version of the Lugia Theme 'Seeking the Legend' on it, so i decided to attempt to record it and see what you all think. Im debating if i want to add some more effect to the sound behind the strings or not...i know i need to play with the levels a little bit. But have a listen and let me know what you think. Live recorded by me, sitting in front of my laptop just now before submitting it :P
Just a note, i recorded in several tracks. The instrument only has 2 octaves worth of strings so some of the voicing is a bit weird...and i have a nice blister on my thumb now >,<

yea, i want to learn the full harp at some point...it seems like quite an interesting thing. all the pedals doing various things to alter the scales of the strings...looks like a fun time :P my little lap harp doesnt have much to it...just a standard trapezoidal 15 string harp like this one. Maybe i should find a pick to use instead of my fingers...open steel wire for strings tends to hurt a bit lol
