wasn't there a big to do about this in the Upload Policy recently? I thought they said no SL screenshots, unless you were the original creator of the model and textures or some such D:

I think this qualifies as artwork, since the photo was touched up, and little fun trinkets were set up here and there.

Personally I believe SL is a form of art too ^^

The hair is Uruha from Deviant Kitties and the head is a re-textured Ringtail. You can get the texture from the Spare Parts shop :3
