My next TMNT character for  Light-the-Lucario. Haven't seen one of these in a while. Hehe. What a sight huh?

This is Tsukasa Hikari and he's a Mutant Fox. He was human originally, but he was raised under Shredder's roof. Later on, Kai breaks him out of the place since he was considered a failure. So why the Outfit? He eventually goes through Timothy's stuff and finds Chrono Cross where he gets the idea for the outfit. He loved it so much he technically converted into a bit of a cosplayer.
