as a teenager, i used to love looking out of the window in the fall and winter... it gave me an intense melancholic feeling for love and family. that same feeling also gave me a deep nostalgia for the past and the coming holidays. it's one of the reasons i love winter, i love the hype that october, november, and december give me, that waiting for something better to come around and give me joy.
