Hmm what did you use for the eye? if it was hand made, I'd make it smaller, or maybe try a polimer clay or resin eye if it wasn't. Seems too big compared to the one still in her head.

I'd say make the mane and tail ratty, sparse and uneven. the color is nice, but the looks isn't too zombieish imo

maybe take her front leg without the scars and make it half bony, from like the knee up. I likethe skin ripped off effect on the back leg btw x3

course since its a WIP you might be planning on doing some of that already... she looks nice though

I hand made the eye with super sculpty the first one I did was smaller but I opted for the larger one, because the smaller one seemed to get lost or not call enough attention. I dunno maybe using a doll eye would be better.

The half bone ideas nice! I was gonna try to just do like some of the flesh on that leg ripped away but from the knee up would be way easier.

Urgh I just realized this picture doesn't show one of my favorite parts. The ear above the ripped out eye is actually gone with a hole in her head where her brain is all puffy and poking out.

I've been wanting to do custom ponies for ages now, but I don't know the first thing about doing them or where to get the supplies.


Your pony is looking really good though! Maybe if you messed with the hair a little and made it somewhat uneven? I dunno. xD

Just do it! I don't know anything about it either. I just decided to one day. I bought a regular pony and repainted the body and dyed the hair. I think most people take out the hair though and re-thread it, but I'm lazy so I didn't. Some trail and error. I made all the extra bits out of air dry clay. Painted with acrylics. And where I cut chunks of the pony apart I used my burning tool. Oh! I found out you can buy blanks ones. Lemme find the link. I wish I would have known before I started this one. Though the blank ones are all new so you can't get the older model ponies.

i think it looks sick!! i especially like that dangling eyeball. and it that top part the rib cage protruding or something? in any case it looks rad for sure, i think people will totally be interested in it.
