It's kind of hard to describe, it was originally a savory dish using goat cheese and plain pumpkin puree, based on Yeto's Soup from Legend of Zelda, but I decided to make it with smoked cheddar and pumpkin pie filling. It has a smokey, sweet flavor and the fish absorbs the soup and practically melts in your mouth. It reminds me of when I had salmon that was baked with a brown sugar sauce.
