I usually end up getting tomatoes and bell peppers, usually a mix of yellow ones and red ones (sometimes orange). Plums and peaches to0 if I'm in the m0od for something sweet-tart. They don't usually have r0ots on offer. Ro0t vegetables are more associated with fall and seasonal farmer's markets are only open in summer (at least here in Indiana). Oh, well. If I really want parsnips or turnips, I can always go to the nearest Meijer store. They have a wonderful variety of fresh produce. Last time I was there I saw a GIGANTIC parsnip! Biggest I've ever seen! Speaking of Parsnip, have you heard of an indie game called 'Parsnip'? You play as a (somewhat derpy) rabbit known as Parsnip Bunner.
That sounds like a lot of goood vegetables if I do say so, I guess if I went to food markets I would probably get carrots, Potatoes and maybe I might get some cabbiges if I feel like it and also maybe some sweet delicious plums, i also do like some peaches, there really good and sweet too. Also the game parsnip? I have not heard of it before. I might actually check it out some day.
