So this is a piece that took longer than anticipated. And I'm sure the reason wasn't the madness of drawing those scales by hand... I just don't like special brushes. I don't trust them. Anyway I could probably push it within a week or two... but why, if I can make a piece in a month? :'D

Anyway, this is a commission for awesome  Alqalos who was full of patience and understanding for me drawing a scale after scale... I think the result was worth it though, I was aiming for the diamond/pearlescent look and I think the scales went the distance with it. I definitely leveled up my lighting/shading game with this one >:3
