Here is a scene from Livnia’s retirement. Things were a bit more complicated than she would have liked since things worked on the rule of prophecy. She had to stay in charge for a thousands years every time a destined group of heroes failed to defeat her and the heroes that faced her were really substandard in her opinion, which really annoyed her since she wanted to retire.

Fortunately, it turned out she could fake a loss, but don’t tell prophecy that. See, they managed to put up such a tough fight she “needed” a bandage.

But, let’s not forget she is still a villain and she is not about to let these heroes off the hook. She has built up a Byzantine bureaucracy over 5,000 years of rule and it will not be easy to step in and run things no matter what the heroes do.

And things are also going to be complicated by Livnia retiring to be a giant monster terrorizing the populace.
