That name I believe I first time hear in Books of Annie McCaffery and edition Dragonriders of Pern.
Yeah Close. I'm little tempted What is the town name you come from because I'm Slovakian and was live around 30 miles from border. I come from town call Levice (Leva), and know some name of town from Sahy to Bratislava

I will have to find out the town name. I have to go back 2 or 3 generations. My dad will know, I'll ask him. I just remember being told that the town was near the border, and the border changed a lot, so it's hard to say if my family is from Hungary or Czechoslovakia.
The Pern dragon was named Ruth, which is similar, but Rooth only has two things in common with Ruth: he's white, and he's a dragon. That's about it. ;)
